This document is an electronic contract governed under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By registering and subscribing to the SMAK MARKET merchant directory, vendors agree to host accurate operational data. The subscription represents software access and business visibility across our web and mobile applications for consecutive 30-day intervals.
Sri SM EK Market adheres strictly to digital data protection norms. Business information provided by merchants is displayed purely for prospective customer discovery. Payment mandate processing, authentication, and tokenization are managed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Cashfree; sensitive banking credentials are never retained on our internal servers.
Merchants can cancel their recurring subscription at any moment through the customer dashboard or directly via their UPI payment application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). Upon cancellation, listing visibility remains active until the expiration of the current 30-day paid period. In the event of unintended technical duplicate debits, refund requests submitted to support within 5 business days will be reviewed and credited back to the original banking source within 5 to 7 working days.
